Following the impactful bed-kit distribution by Sleeping Children Around the World (SCAW) and the Rotary Club of Kigali Virunga (RCKV), African Improved Foods (AIF) has generously donated 500 boxes of their nutritious Nootri All Family Instant Porridge. Each box contains 15 packs of 400g portions, perfect for bolstering nutrition for vulnerable children, especially those with disabilities.
This thoughtful donation comes as a response to the need for improved nutrition among the children we met during the SCAW bed-kit distribution. The donation aims to further support these children’s health by providing a wholesome food source that’s easy to prepare and packed with essential nutrients.
Special thanks go to Rotarian Peter Kiogothi for facilitating this generous partnership with AIF. As part of the donation event, scheduled to take place soon, representatives from African Improved Foods and RCKV will guide the children and their caregivers on how to prepare Nootri All Family Instant Porridge. This interactive session will ensure that the families understand the benefits of the porridge and how it can help improve daily nutrition.
